Enable 2-Step Verification
Google Account → Security → 2-Step Verification → Turn On

Generate App Password
Google Account → Security → App Passwords → Select "Mail"

Copy the 16-character code
Paste it in the "App Password" field on the left
Upload Recipient CSV
Upload a CSV file containing recipient names, emails, and any extra fields
